ChatRelations offers two chat software products: AutoChat and LiveChat. AutoChat is an automated customer service chat software, intuitively guiding customers to the right page each time. LiveChat enables web personal to chat with visitors and increase conversion rates in real time. These easy, usable software can be up and running in minutes. With a focus on quality, ChatRelations offers immediate gratification to customers who will remain loyal to businesses that can offer solutions on the spot.

BY USING AND/OR DOWNLOADING OUR SOFTWARE, YOU HAVE AGREED TO OUR TERMS:

1. General:
The software is provided by ChatRelations "as is" and "with all faults". ChatRelations makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the quality, safety or suitability of the software, either expressed or implied, including without limitation of any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ChatRelations makes no representations or warranties as to the truth, accuracy or\ completeness of any statements, information or materials concerning the software that is contained on and within any of the web sites owned and operated by ChatRelations.

In no event shall ChatRelations be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages, however, they may arise and even if ChatRelations have been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.

2. Billing:
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay, recurring basis. It is the customers' responsibility to inform ChatRelations of changes in credit card, contact information, or expiration date to the credit card. Credit card accounts are billed once monthly at the beginning of a bill cycle. No refunds are given and all sales are final. If your credit card is declined your account will be placed on hold and you will have seven (7) days to make the payment. After these seven days, your account may risk suspension until services are paid for. All accounts issuing charge backs against ChatRelations will be billed an additional $25.00 per charge back.

NOTE: All accounts billed to a credit card are automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

3. Cancellation:
Cancellation can be made by emailing us. Although no notice is required, and there is no cancellation fee, all fees (setup fee / monthly fee) paid for service are nonrefundable.

Prior to cancellation of your account it is strongly advised you take off the installed CCS code on your web site. ChatRelations will accept no liability for damage caused through the closure of an account either due to client request, or misuse of accounts. ChatRelations retains the rights to change any script-files downloaded from our site for any usage purposes after the cancellation of the account.

4. Availability of Service:
ChatRelations makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether expressed or implied for the service it is providing. ChatRelations also disclaims any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose and will not be responsible for any damages that may be suffered by the users or their web site's service interruptions by any cause or errors or omissions of the ChatRelations service.

5. Usage:
All services provided by ChatRelations may be used for lawful purposes only. Any activities in violation of any United States, International or other countries, Federal, State or City law is prohibited. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ChatRelations from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the user or any other party.

6. Warrantees:
This service is provided as is. Use it at your own risk. There are no warranties of any kind expressed or implied, including warranties of salability or fitness for any particular purpose. ChatRelations is indemnified and not responsible for hardware or software damage, loss of wages, or any other financial or personal loss resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this service. No oral advice or written information given by ChatRelations, its employees, licensors or the like, will create a warranty; nor may you rely on any such information or advice. ChatRelations and its partners and suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction or use of the service.

7. Change of Conditions:
ChatRelations retains the rights to alter and amend these terms and conditions as required and without notification in the interest of our users. All changes to this page will be applicable to previous versions
