8. Trouble Shooting Registration.
-Ensure all fields with asterisks (*) are filled
-Some browsers may be incompatible with ChatRelations.com including: FireFox
-If you are a returning customer, you must register with a different email
-Passwords are case sensitive
-Ensure caps are OFF
-Clear any field with an error and re-enter
9. Trouble Shooting AutoChat. Setup
- You may customize an “avatar” character for your site. Submit a picture and questions to your sales representative who will be happy to assist you.
- In Preset Library, ensure all fields are completed before submitting
- In Preset Library, represent every page of your site with matching keywords
- In the Preset Library, the Questions are just a reminder to you of the topic and do not affect the keywords or URL. The spelling/wording of the question is unimportant.
- In the Present Library, you may import a list of Keywords or URLs by excel spreadsheet.
- When selecting Keywords, enter different words and spellings commonly associated with the service, product, or URL.
- Report any errors to Support@LiveChat.com

- Ensure all of your URL pages are represented in the preset library. Do not leave any page left unmatched with keywords.
- Create keywords of all product categories and individual product names and match to the corresponding URL
- Create keywords of all service categories and individual service names and match to the corresponding URL
- The best way to maximize AutoChat is to enter all URLs first and pick Keywords related to the page afterwards
